On Wednesday, January 10, 2024, the Education Policy Study Program held a farewell ceremony for one of the key figures in its history, Dr. Dwi Siswoyo, M.Hum. As the study program's founding father, he faithfully served from 1970 to 2023, bringing his vision and irreplaceable contributions.

The farewell event was attended by all lecturers of the Educational Policy Study Program, and was moderated by the Head of the Department of Philosophy and Sociology of Education, Dr. Shely Cathrin, M.Phil. In her remarks, Dr. Shely appreciated Dr. Dwi's role in building and developing the Educational Policy Study Program to its current position.

Dr. Dwi Siswoyo, in his humble manner, expressed his gratitude to the entire academic community. "I am grateful for being a part of this long journey. I apologize for any shortcomings on my part. I hope this study program continues to grow and achieve even greater success in the future," he said sincerely.

In addition to the farewell with Dr. Dwi Siswoyo, this event also served as a farewell and welcome for the Education Policy Study Program administrators, from Mr. Salman Haryanto, A.Md. to Ari Saraswati, S.IP. This change is expected to strengthen the KP study program going forward.

In a simple ceremony, all the lecturers of the Educational Policy Study Program gathered to pay their final respects to Dr. Dwi Siswoyo. They acknowledged his significant contributions and dedication, which shaped the study program into a great one, through a video broadcast on the screen.

We hope that the next steps in Dr. Dwi Siswoyo and Mr. Salman's journey will be filled with success and even more brilliant achievements in the future.
